There are four lakes within a 30 mile radius of Four Crossings. Possum Kingdom is the largest of the four and capable of deep draft, large cruisers. Skiing is excellent. With high cliffs in many areas of the lake, wind breaks and private coves are everywhere. Hubbard Creek to the west of Breckenridge is a shallower lake with excellent fishing. Palo Pinto Lake is the smallest but very private and enjoyable. Lake Mineral Wells is located at the State Park on the eastside of Mineral Wells at the state park. All have public boat ramps and miles of shoreline to explore. Boat rentals are available on Possum Kingdom Lake.
